How long will my poem take to complete?

Generally you will receive the first draft of your Just Happy Tears poem within 48 hours. A Just Happy Tears poet will contact you once you've completed our order online form at checkout and that poet will be assigned to work with you throughout. You will have two opportunities to edit your poem before receiving the final draft. Once you've sent us your chosen image, our designers will work to complete your beautiful Just Happy Tears gift.

When will I receive my gift?

Once your Just Happy Tears Poem is complete, production times for printing poems on canvas are between 1-4 days and wood prints 2-5 days.

Our Items are shipped form San Antonio, Texas and shipping options are as follows:


  • UPS Ground:

UPS Ground - Shipping Transit Time

  • 3 Day Select - UPS: Average Transit Time 3 Business Days
  • 2nd Day Air - UPS: Average Transit Time 2 Business Days
  • Next Day Air - UPS : Average Transit Time 1 Business Day


  • Standard: International transit times vary according to how long an item remains in customs. Please allow at least 2 weeks from placing your order. 

What if the lead and shipping time is too long? 

Please let us know (support@justhappytears.com) if your order is needed by a particular date and we will work with you to make it happen. In some instances we can expedite international transit times if required so please let us know if you require something sooner.

We also provide a 'print at home' option if you need a gift right away. When you select 'print at home' you can print your poem (which will be positioned beautifully on your image) and you will can access your gift as soon as the poet has crafted it.

How do I upload my image?

You can upload your image when selecting your gift from the personalized poem product page. Use our uploader from your phone, tablet or desktop.

Alternatively, if you do not have your photo to hand, you can email us the photo after you go through the checkout process. One of our poets will be in touch via email right away. They will also work with you over email to select the best image for the poem along side our design team. You can email us your image once we get in touch. We'll make sure it is in the right format and is of high enough image quality so that it looks good.

Is my image quality good enough?

We will never print an image which we think is not good enough to print. We want every Just Happy Tears customer to be completely satisfied with their gift. If we don’t think your image is good enough to print, we’ll let you know and help find an alternative.
